Accounting Associate

Lynnfield, MA
Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks a Part-Time (20 to 30 hours per week) Accounting Associate to perform accounting functions in its corporate office in Lynnfield. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with accounting software. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Prepare payroll for submission to payroll service;
·         Prepare invoices to clients
·         Manage accounts payable
·         Manage accounts receivable
·         Other tasks related to finance as assigned
 
REQUIREMENTS:
·         Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
·         At least 2 years’ experience performing similar work
·         Excellent interpersonal skills
·         Analytical and problem solving skills
·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
·         Proficient computer skills
