Federal contractor seeks a Senior Project Manager with experience managing public and/or private real estate projects. You will be responsible for projects in all phases, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy. The projects will be located in the Washington, DC area.
- Overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts)
- Coordinating the preparation of leases and contracts,
- Lease and contract administration,
- Coordinating the involvement of tenant agency stakeholders,
- Managing design and construction, and
- Resolving issues with landlords, tenants, and other project participants.
