Construction Management firm that specializes in assisting Federal Agencies to manage the design and construction of their real estate projects is seeking a Construction Management Representative for a historically significant project in St. Louis, Missouri. Candidates' experience should include:
On-site construction management services on Federal projects,
Working on projects for the National Park Service, preferably as a Construction Management Representative for NPS,
Working on buildings that must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties,
Being on-site owner's representative for projects that are high visibility, located in an urban environment and are in use by the public while construction is in progress,
Developing and tracking project budgets and schedules,
Evaluating change order proposals and documenting associated negotiations,
Working on projects involving significant MEP scopes, and
Familiarity with computer programs, including estimating, scheduling, and project management software.
Candidates shall possess education and professional qualifications in Engineering, Architecture or Historic Preservation in addition to Construction Management. Preference will be given to qualified candidates that live in the St. Louis area.
