Construction Management firm that specializes in assisting Federal Agencies to manage their projects is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Quality Manager for a project on Cape Cod. Candidates' experience should include:

 

• On-site construction management services on Federal projects,
• Inspecting the progress and quality of construction work on at least one project with a value of $15 million or more,
• Working on projects involving the demolition of buildings,
• Working on projects that required the mitigation/removal of hazardous materials,
• Monitoring and tracking project budgets,
• Monitoring and tracking project schedules,
• Evaluating change order proposals, including analysis of each proposal’s merit, and, for those having merit, a detailed analysis of proposed costs and time extensions, and
• Familiarity with construction industry computer programs, including estimating, scheduling, and project management software.
