Quality Assurance Inspector

Owner’s representative company is looking for a PART-TIME Quality Assurance Inspector for 24 hours a week, can be more depending on project needs. The Ideal candidate will:
 
Have a Minimum Education Level of: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management;
 
Have a Minimum Experience Level of:  5 years’ experience in construction management, including serving as project manager on at least one project that involved building retrofit/modernization and had a value of at least $1 million; and experience with building MEP/FP systems and security systems. Experience on federal office building projects is preferred.
 
Be capable of performing the following Responsibilities:
 
  •        Provide quality assurance oversight;
  •        Perform inspections and maintain a daily log of construction activities;
  •        Report discrepancies and issues;
  •        Monitor Project Budgets and schedules;
  •        Prepare technical reports and analysis as required; and
  •        Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
HSPD-12 security clearance is required to perform the work. Candidate will be subject to government screening in order to receive project clearance.
