Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks an Administrative Assistant to support its project management team for a 4 Year IT Infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work seamlessly with the Senior Project Manager. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working on a Design & Construction Project.
  • Manage Project Phone Calls (message taking, redirecting calls, setting up project calls)
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure all office equipment (printers, phone, fax, etc.) are maintained
  • Maintain field equipment documentation
  • Maintain various tracking logs on a daily basis
  • Coordinate meetings with Project Management team, consultants, Architect, Contractors, Owners, and Tenants
  • Manage Project Photo Documentation
  • Provide support to Senior Project Manager as requested
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior Construction Administration experience (at least 2 years) is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Ipads, cell phones, internet
  • Ability to learn a variety of software quickly
